University Dining offers hand delivered specialty packages for students living in the residence halls that let them know that someone is thinking of them during birthdays, holidays, sickness, exams, or just because! Family members, friends, and roommates are welcome to purchase Hawkeye Treats.

Delivery Process

Your gift will be delivered to the front desk at the student’s residence hall and a notification email will be sent to the student’s UI email address letting them know they have a package to pick up at the front desk. Please make sure the student will be available for pick up on the delivery date. The student can then pick up their gift anytime the front desk is open.

Hawkeye Treats are not available during break periods. Items contained in bags are subject to change. Delivery is not offered to off-campus locations. Please allow at least one week for all goodies. Get Well kit orders can be phoned into our office as well as any other Hawkeye Treats related questions 319-335-1959.

Please note: Hawkeye Treats are produced in our central bakery and are not peanut or tree nut free.

Hand-decorated by our Market Place bakers, these 9 inch, round, two-layer cakes are great for sharing with new friends! Healthy Choices Fruit Basket $21.50

Health conscious students can have a healthy treat from this reusable basket filled with apples, oranges, bananas and other seasonal fruits. Four and 1/2 pounds of fruit are wrapped in festive cellophane and tied with a bow. Whatever the occasion, fruit is the gift of health!
