For reserving rooms in the halls (facilities reservations), internal groups are defined as:

• Any University Housing and Dining unit or office, any residence hall student group, any established living-learning community;
• Residence hall summer conferences/camps (reserving space during summer conference period only);
• Division of Student Life Departments (not student groups or student organizations)
• Iowa Edge
• R.E.A.C.H. Program
• CAB Late Night Programs

Tables may be reserved in Catlett and Burge (next to the Market Place entrances), in Hillcrest just outside the Riverview Lounge and in Mayflower to promote an event, get word out about a new academic class or promote an on-campus initiative.  Individuals must remain at the table at all times.
